​How Do I Place An Order?

An order can be placed on the website www.simplyshondel.com. Simply select the product(s) that you would like and add them to your cart. Once you have made your final selections, checked out and submitted your payment, your items will prepared, packaged, and shipped directly to you.
What materials are used for the earrings?
​
I use polymer clay as the main components of the earrings. The finishing metals are hypoallergenic silver posts, sterling silver and gold plated fish hooks, silver and gold plated clip on options, and UV Resin to secure posts. ​

Do you take custom orders for earrings?
As of right now, I am not taking any custom orders. With the recent launch, I am working out all of the kinks before I commit to custom orders. Please keep an eye out for any updates as I may begin to take custom orders in the near future

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the earrings being handmade and typically one of a kind, I do not except returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you contact me regarding any issues with your purchase, I will do my best to come up with a suitable solution for both parties.
